Farm Systems Intake (Zoom)

This intake is the required first step for paid Farm Systems Support.
This supports urban and small-scale producers, including small acreage within city/suburban constraints.

This service is for growers building operational readiness for:

• grants and funding readiness
• program participation requirements
• documentation systems
• community food access + food sovereignty goals

What this intake includes

• a Zoom session focused on farm systems + documentation readiness
• review of your current situation, goals, and operational gaps
• recommended next steps (package level + add-ons, as applicable)

What this is NOT

• garden planning
• “what should I grow?”
• “how do I grow it?”
• troubleshooting plant issues

Required before your Zoom session (Mutual NDA)

A mutual NDA is required before services begin.
It will be emailed as an attachment and requires a wet ink signature.

This protects both parties — especially when clients are scaling recipes, methods, or systems.
We believe in protecting privacy and generational wealth.

No DMs for systems work. All work begins here.

Duration: 30–60 minutes
Format: Zoom call

Each grower is allowed a 15 minute grace period before time slot is forfeited and appointment must be rescheduled and repaid.

Each appointment is allowed a 1 time reschedule within 48 hours of scheduled appointment by submitting an email request to truthandsoilfarm@gmail.com.

There are no refunds for appointments.
