This sacred womb loving blend is what the garden prescribed. It is loaded with herbs dedicated to nurturing the parts of you that are most affected during your sacred womb cycle.
It contains cramp bark, ginger root, spearmint, lemon balm, mother wort, fennel seed, rose petals, red raspberry leaf, and calendula.
1 heaping tsp of herbal blend per 8 oz of water 2-3x daily. For best results begin consumption of blend 2-3 days before your cycle begins. Making sure to limit diary products, coffee and caffeinated drinks as these items are not womb friendly.
